Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise specified in the listing.

🧼 Cleaning the apartment
The apartment must be left tidy. Please wash the dishes before departure and dispose of the trash properly according to the instructions provided.

🚭 Smoking and drugs
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

🛋️ Respect for the property
Please treat the apartment, furniture, and all items with care. Any damage must be reported immediately.

🔑 Keys and access
In case of key loss, the cost of replacement will be charged to the guest.

📶 Wi-Fi use
The Wi-Fi connection is available for personal and legal use only.

🛡️ Security and valuables
Before leaving the apartment, make sure all windows and doors are securely closed to avoid theft.
The owners are not responsible for valuables left unattended inside the apartment.

Air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly. Do not leave systems running with doors or windows open.

🧳 Forgotten items
Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum of 30 days. Return shipping is available upon request and at the guest’s expense.

⚠️ Respecting the rules
The owners reserve the right to terminate the stay, with a refund of the unused period, if guests fail to comply with the house rules.
