🔑 Self Check-in
- Main door: use the CODE ➔ 2216E
- Enter and go up to the first floor
- Take the key from the KEYBOX corresponding to your room number
- The code to open the KEYBOX will be sent to you via WhatsApp
To open your room door:
- You will find a magnetic card inside the keybox
- Place the card for 2-3 seconds on the panel next to the main entrance door
- Repeat the same action on the panel of your room door to open it correctly

🔔 Checkout – By 10am
At Check-out, between 9:40 AM and 9:50 AM, Deborah will come by for:
- Document verification
- Collection of the city tax in cash
If you plan to leave earlier, please:
- Leave the city tax amount in cash on the table
- Empty the refrigerator of any food
- Turn off all lights
- Close all windows and doors
- Exit and close the entrance door behind you
- Return the key inside the keybox and close it properly
